Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep the catalogue accurate, but items may occasionally be out of stock or incorrectly priced.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the stated window but cannot guarantee exact times. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 2000. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order by calling us before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. Perishable items cannot be returned after delivery.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
